Refund policy

All Otherworld & Veil sessions are spiritual wellness services offered for reflection, energetic support, and personal insight. Because these services involve reserved time, preparation, and intuitive/energetic work, all completed sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact hello@otherworldandveil.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled one time, based on availability.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

If I need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unexpected circumstances, you will be offered a new session time or a refund.

Digital services, written readings, distance Reiki sessions, Reiki + Crystal Ally sessions, and intuitive guidance services are not eligible for refund once the session has begun, been completed, or the written/session materials have been delivered.

Otherworld & Veil does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, feelings, messages, or experiences from any session.
