A 30-minute remote Reiki session for energetic support, nervous system softening, grounding, and return-to-self work — followed by post-session Crystal Ally Guidance by email.

No video call is required. At your scheduled time, you are invited to rest, sit quietly, journal, or simply receive in whatever way feels supportive.

 

 

After your session, I’ll send your Crystal Ally Guidance by email so you have something to reflect on and carry forward.

This session may support:

feeling energetically heavy, scattered, or drained
moving through transition, grief, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
reconnecting with yourself after stress or disconnection
nervous system softening and grounding
